How to see the number of seats you’ve got

Check the current number of seats in your workspace in your team settings; it's very easy!

  1. Click on the gear icon at the top left of the Panel to go to your workspace settings. 
  2. By default, the Members tab will open, where you’ll see:
    1. the number of seats purchased
    2. the number of seats in use
    3. the number of available seats
    4. at the bottom, the team members and their roles



How to buy seats

After purchasing your plan, you can add seats to your workspace anytime you need to.

 

To buy seats, follow these simple steps:

  1. Click on the gear icon in the top left corner of the Panel to go to your workspace settings.
  2. Select the Plan tab.
  3. Click on the Add more seats button in the Your seats section to buy as many as you need.

 

NOTE: You’ll need to have the role of Owner or Administrator of the workspace to add more seats.

 

 

How to remove seats

You can also reduce the number of seats in your workspace. Of course, you can only remove seats that are free. Here are the steps to follow:

  1. Click on the gear icon in the top left corner of the Panel to go to your workspace settings. 
  2. Select the Plan tab.
  3. Click on the Remove seats button in the Your seats section.
  4. Enter the number of seats you want to remove and click Remove. You'll see a confirmation message.

 

IMPORTANT: The removal of seats will come into effect on the last day of the billing cycle. Until then, seats will remain available in case you want to occupy them again. If the seats are occupied on the day the billing cycle ends, they will not be removed and will be billed within the new cycle.
