What is the right of withdrawal?

The right of withdrawal allows you by law to return goods or services within a stipulated period, whether the purchase was made in person or via any other channel.

It is important to bear in mind that not all purchases that are carried out can be returned, and this right is not applicable to all products and services; there are some exceptions.

Do I have the right of withdrawal with Genially?

No. Genially is a company that is located in the European Union and its services are protected by the Directive 2011/83/UE, passed by the European Parliament.

According to this Directive, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised when dealing with digital services once the download or use of the service or platform has begun.

What does this mean for me?

When you buy a premium Genially plan, you renounce your right of withdrawal when you accept the Terms and Conditions of use.

This means that you do not have the right of withdrawal of the purchase or to request a refund, whether it be a monthly or yearly plan or the renewal of a premium plan.

You can cancel a monthly or yearly plan at any time before its renewal date by following the steps in this tutorial.
