In this tutorial you can follow the steps to verify your Genially account. If you’ve done that and still haven’t received the verification email, it’s sure to be for one of these two reasons: either there’s an error in the email address, or the email has found its way to your spam folder.


  1. Check that the email address you used to log into Genially is correct. If there’s a mistake, you can correct it in the email verification process.

    Click on the Verify my account now button. In the window that appears, click on Change my email, enter the new email address, and click Send again.
