You can sign up to Genially using any one of these social media: Facebook, Gmail, Twitter, Office 365, or Linkedin. That way, any time you want to log in to your Genially account, you can use the login details of the social media account you used to sign up (this is called social login).

If later you want to deactivate social login or unlink the social media account from your Genially account, follow these steps to set up a new password.

1.  Once you've logged in with a social media site, open the options in your Genially account and select Account settings.

2. In the section Access section, set up a new password.

3. Finally, uncheck the boxes of the social media sites you wish to unlink.

NOTE: if you unlink from social media and exit without without having set up a password first, you'll need to log in with social media again and repeat the process explained in this article.

This process deactivates social login. From now on you’ll need to log in with the email address you used to sign up and the password you just created.
