It's possible that at some point you'll want to see what kind of plan you have, what its characteristics are, what date your plan was activated, how to change your plan, or how to cancel it. There's an area in the Settings tab where you can:

  • See your plan's characteristics
  • Change plan if payment is annual
  • Change plan if payment is monthly


See your plan's characteristics

To see your plan:


1. On the Dashboard, open the menu for your account by clicking on the options icon.


2. Select Account settings.



3. Go to the Plan section.



On this page, you'll be able to see what kind of plan you have and its characteristics.


Change plan if payment is annual

To change your plan:


1. In the Plan section, click on Upgrade your Plan.


2. Fill in the form explaining what you need.


3. We'll reply to the email you send us as soon as possible to tell you about your options.


Change plan if payment is monthly

When you have a monthly plan, you have two options: change the kind of plan you have or change how you pay for your current plan.


To change the type of plan, just click on Update my Plan.


To change from monthly to annual payment - and enjoy the discount that comes with it - just click on Change to annual payment:


1. In the Plan section, click on Change to annual payment.


2. Fill in the form explaining what you need.


3. We'll reply to the email you gave us as soon as possible to tell you about your options.
